(Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those defined in the announcements dated 10 December 2025 and 16 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements")).

 

We refer to the Announcements and the Circular dated 13 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that, following the fulfilment of the conditions precedent set out in the Amended and Restated SSPA, the Balance Purchase Consideration has been satisfied in accordance with the Amended and Restated SSPA today, thereby marking the completion of the Acquisition.
