On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ecobuilt ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed diversification of the existing principal activities of Ecobuilt and its subsidiaries ("Ecobuilt Group" or the "Group") to include property development ("Property Development Business") as well as the trading of building materials ("Trading of Building Materials Business") (collectively, the "New Businesses") ("Proposed Diversification").
