We refer to your Company's announcement dated 10 April 2026, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

1)     Based on SNTORIA's announcement dated 6 April 2026, it was announced that the Court's decision on the winding-up petition, initially scheduled on 7 April 2026, has been adjourned to 14 April 2026. In this respect, please clarify the circumstances which led to the High Court's decision to wind up the Company on 8 April 2026 (of which it was announced that such decision was received by the Company via email on 10 April 2026 at 3.31 p.m.).

2)     To provide the background of the winding-up petition. To also state the financial and operational impact (including the expected loss) to SNTORIA arising from the winding-up order received from the High Court.

3)     To state the action taken or to be taken by the Company arising from the winding-up order received from the High Court.

4)     To provide a confirmation on whether the Court had appointed any interim liquidator pursuant to the winding-up order. If an interim liquidator is appointed, to furnish the following information

(i)     the date of appointment and particulars of the interim liquidator;

(ii)    its functions and powers; and

(iii)     the role of the board of directors of SNTORIA in light of its appointment.

5)     It is also noted that SNTORIA had, on 26 February 2026, announced the receipt of a seal winding-up petition dated 30 January by ZSC Engineering Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd (Winding-Up No. WA-28NCC-137-01/2026), of which the hearing for this winding-up petition was fixed on 9 April 2026. In this respect, please update the outcome/development arising from the hearing on 9 April 2026.
