Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 6 April 2026 in relation to the rejection by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") of the Company's application for a further extension of time to submit its regularisation plan, as well as the notice of suspension and de-listing of the securities of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 April 2026 submitted to Bursa Securities to seek the following:

(i) appeal on the notice to suspend and subsequently de-list the securities of the Company; and 

(ii) appeal against the decision by Bursa Securities to reject the Company's application for further extension of time to submit its regularisation plan. 

Following the submission of the appeal, the de-listing of the securities of the Company originally scheduled for 16 April 2026 will be deferred pending the outcome of the appeal.

The Board will make further announcements on any material developments in due course.
