The Board of Directors ("Board") of Careplus wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 April 2026 received a notice in writing pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 from Deloitte Malaysia PLT ("Deloitte") on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and their term of office will end after 21 days from 13 April 2026.

Deloitte was re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 3 December 2025, to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company.

The resignation of Deloitte is based on mutual consent and the Company's ongoing commitment to uphold strong corporate governance practices, including periodic auditor rotation, in view that Deloitte has been the Auditors of the Company since 2016. 

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company on the appointment of a new Auditors in due course.
