We refer to the announcements dated 18 August 2025, 17 October 2025, 1 April 2026 and 8 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. 

 

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 14 April 2026, approved the transfer of Agmo's entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the "Technology" sector. 

 

The Proposed Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date.
