Further to the Company's announcements made on 7 October 2024, 15 April 2025, 23 July 2025, 14 October 2025 and 15 January 2026, the Board wishes to inform that there has been no material development pertaining to the status of the MOU between Infomina, Infomina AI and PEPS Ventures.
 

Further announcement on any material development in respect of the MOU will be made in due course.
