The Board of Directors of MBMR wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting of MBMR on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for the Company and/or its Subsidiaries to enter into Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature with Related Parties ("Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate").

The Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Integrated Annual Report 2025 in due course.
