The Board of Directors of MBMR is pleased to announce that the Company is proposing a single tier final dividend of 21.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting.

The dividend entitlement date and payment date will be announced later.
