The Company wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of the shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") for the Proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting to be convened.

 

The Circular and Statement to Shareholders setting out the details of the Proposals will be despatched to the Shareholders in due course.
