The Board of Directors of GPB ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company and Persatuan Pengusaha Restoran Muslim Malaysia ("PRESMA") had on 16 April 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to accelerate digital transformation of Malaysia's Muslim F&B ecosystem.  The collaboration establishes a strategic framework to develop an integrated digital ecosystem for PRESMA's nationwide network of restaurant operators. It aims to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen financial inclusion, and support long-term sustainability across the industry.
