On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 15 April 2026, informed that after taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances, Bursa Securities has resolved to grant SCBUILD/0109 further extension of time until 30 June 2026 to comply with Rule 9.32(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements pertaining to the submission of the combined Circular.
