The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that Careplus has on 16 April 2026 entered into a Share Acquisition Agreement ("SAA") with Khoo Boon Keong, Au Phei Sze, Gan Jye Din, Satheeshkumar A/L Palaniappan, Yap See Lon, Loo Chian and Tan Sian Loong ("the Purchasers"), to dispose 3,800,000 ordinary shares ("Sale Shares"), representing the entire equity interest in CHSB for a cash consideration of RM3,800,000.00 ("Disposal Consideration") ("Disposal").
