The Board of Directors of Kawan Renergy Berhad ("KRB") is pleased to announce that Kawan Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. ("KGESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 17 April 2026 accepted a Purchase Order ("PO") in relation to the supply and delivery of diesel generator systems to a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016, which provides data center services at a data center plot located in the Central Region of Peninsular Malaysia ("Order") at an order value of RM70,366,011.49 inclusive of Government Service Tax. The order date is 17 April 2026, with delivery targeted to be completed by 17 April 2027.
