The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Utilities Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Mutu Nusantara Sdn. Bhd.) ("MNUESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 17 April 2026 accepted a Purchase Order ("PO") dated 15 April 2026 awarded by a customer that provide infrastructure for hosting, data processing services and related activities ("Company A") in relation to the project involving design, supply, installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning for 275 kilovolt ("kV") consumer landing station ("CLS") for a data centre located at Central Region of Peninsular Malaysia ("Project").
