We refer to the announcement dated 25 March 2026 in relation to the Proposed Diversification ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to inform that TAFI will not proceed with the Proposed Diversification as the Company anticipates that the trading segment comprising trading and supply of furniture and fittings, building materials and related products may not: -

(i) contribute 25% or more of the net profits of the Group; and/or

(ii) cause a diversion of 25% or more of the Group's NA to an operation which differs widely from its existing segments.
