| Working experience and occupation | In 2013, Mr. Foong Chuen Hsien ("Dexter") started his career with Rampai-Niaga Sdn. Bhd., the major subsidiary of the Company operating the retail and distribution of The Body Shop products, as Loyalty Manager. He led the development and implementation of loyalty application and enhanced targeted communication and members acquisition.
In 2017, Dexter joined Adventuria Sdn. Bhd. as Business Development Manager, playing a key role in establishing The Rift, Southeast Asia's largest virtual reality attraction, while also driving operational streamlining initiatives that improved efficiency and productivity.
Dexter rejoined Rampai-Niaga Sdn. Bhd. in 2020 and further enhanced customer experience through the implementation of a new customer service system. He was promoted as Head of Commercial & Supply Chain in 2022, contributing to process improvements in inventory and distribution. In 2023, he was appointed Director of Corporate Development, where he led new business initiatives and investor relations during a challenging period. Dexter assumed his current role as General Manager since 2024, overseeing full business operations in Malaysia and driving the Company's vision of business as a force for good. |
