We refer to the announcement made on 5 February 2026 ("Announcement"). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement unless otherwise defined herein.

On behalf of the Board, DWA Advisory Sdn. Bhd. wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 21 April 2026 in relation to the Bonus Issue, 250,000,000 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue.

The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 22 April 2026, being the next market day immediately after the said entitlement date.
