(II)	PROPOSED AMENDMENTS

We refer to the announcements dated 18 August 2025, 17 October 2025, 1 April 2026, 8 April 2026, 14 April 2026 and 17 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
 

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital of Agmo has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 22 April 2026, marking the completion of the Proposed Transfer.
 

The Proposed Amendments shall take effect upon the completion of the Proposed Transfer.
