- Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature

The Board of Directors of CBIP is pleased to announce that the Company intends to seek approval from its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting:

 

  1. Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
  2. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its own Shares.

 

A Circular/Statement containing the details of the abovementioned proposals will be uploaded onto the Company's website at www.cbip.com.my and upon request, despatched to the shareholders in due course.
