Reference is made to the announcement dated 10 December 2025, 26 December 2025, 21 January 2026 and 26 February 2026 ("Earlier Announcements") in relation to the Restraining Order Application pursuant to Section 368 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2016 by the Company at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcement.
The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company had been notified by its solicitors that the Restraining Order Application has been withdrawn on 22 April 2026 and cost of RM10,000 be paid jointly to the 1st and 2nd Respondent, RM10,000 to the 3rd Respondent and a further RM5,000 be paid to each of the intervening parties, Niro Ceramic Sales & Services (M) Sdn Bhd and Applied Engineering (S) Sdn Bhd.
