We wish to announce that GAMUDA-C4B has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 23 April 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of GAMUDA-C4B x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GAMUDA-C4B x (RM4.3980 - RM5.8800) x (1/5.5)
= Number of GAMUDA-C4B x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM4.3980 was determined based on the average closing price of the GAMUDA Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised GAMUDA-C4B will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to GAMUDA-C4B shall terminate absolutely.
