The Board of Directors of Olympia wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the aforesaid proposal will be issued in due course.
