= Number of AXIATA-C1S x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)

= Number of AXIATA-C1S x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 2.2490 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the AXIATA Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and AXIATA-C1S shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of AXIATA-C1S shall terminate absolutely.
