= Number of ATECH-CN x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of ATECH-CN x (RM0.7325 - RM1.1660) x (1/2.4291)
= Number of ATECH-CN x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.7325 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the ATECH Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and ATECH-CN shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of ATECH-CN shall terminate absolutely.
