The Board of Directors of Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming 58th Annual General Meeting to be convened on 25 June 2026 for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate").

A circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
