The Board of Directors of Magna wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed New RRPT Mandate and Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back at the forthcoming Thirty-First Annual General Meeting ("31st AGM") of the Company to be convened.

 

The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed New RRPT Mandate and the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back will be issued together with the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 to the shareholders in due course.
