The Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek Shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority ("Proposal") at the forthcoming Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("34th AGM") of the Company.

A Share Buy-Back Statement containing details of the Proposal will be dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company in due course together with the Notice of 34th AGM.
