Further to the Company's announcement dated 18 November 2025, 8 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 28 January 2026, 6 February 2026, 30 March 2026 and 7 April 2026 (collectively, the "Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Previous Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the results of the court-convened meetings in respect of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Eko Bina Sdn Bhd and Rexallent Construction Sdn Bhd, which were duly held on 24 April 2026 at 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m., respectively. The meetings were convened for the Scheme Creditors to consider and vote on the proposed Scheme of Arrangement. During the meetings, the Creditors proposed to adjourn the meeting to a later date within two (2) months from the date of the adjournment and the results for the adjournment are as follows:-
