The Board of Directors of Asia Poly Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date.

A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
