On behalf of the board of directors of KIA LIM ("Directors") ("Board"), Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) ("Berjaya Securities") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed establishment of an employees' share option scheme ("ESOS" or the "Scheme") involving up to 15% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares, if any) for eligible Directors and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries ("KIA LIM Group" or the "Group") ("Proposed ESOS").
