The Board of Directors of IWCity wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (the "Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for RRPTs") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to the Shareholders, containing information on the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for RRPTs, will be circulated to shareholders in due course.
