Further to the Company's announcement on 20 November 2025 on the outcome of the 23rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Messrs Morison LC PLT, who has provided their Consent to Act as the Company's auditors, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. This appointment replaces the retired auditors, Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT. 

Messrs Morison LC PLT will hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM, with their remuneration to be determined by the Board of Directors.
