The Board of Directors of BPHB has on 28 April 2026 approved the change of the Company's financial year end from 31 December to 31 May, to facilitate the Company's operational review and corporate restructuring involving key stakeholders. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 July 2024 to 31 May 2026 (23 months). Thereafter, the financial year will end on 31 May for each subsequent year.
