The Board of Directors of DPS ("Board") wishes to announce that DPSE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPS, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with XINFENGWEI to collaborate on the development of Artificial General Intelligence ("AGI") data centre infrastructure projects in Melaka, Malaysia ("Proposed Collaboration").

(DPSE and XINGFENGWEI shall hereinafter be referred to individually as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties")
