Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 23 January 2025, 14 March 2025, 28 April 2025, 16 July 2025, 26 November 2025, 28 November 2025 and 8 January 2026.

 

The Company wishes to inform that:

  1. Pursuant to the High Court's direction to allow the 4th Party's ex-parte Leave Application to issue the 5th Party notice and Statement of Claim, the 4th Party has filed and served the Statement of Claim to the 5th Party on 14 April 2026;
  2. The 5th Party is required to file its Memorandum of Appearance latest by 28 April 2026 but has yet to do so; and
  3. The High Court has fixed the case management for the exchange of pleadings between the 3rd Party and 4th Party on 6 May 2026.

 

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
