The Closing Price of RM1.6858 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of MRDIY shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than MRDIY-C52's Exercise Price of RM1.85, holders of MRDIY-C52 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MRDIY-C52 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of MRDIY-C52 shall terminate absolutely.
