The Closing Price of RM1.2981 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of ECOSHOP shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than ECOSHOP-CT's Exercise Price of RM1.60, holders of ECOSHOP-CT will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised ECOSHOP-CT will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of ECOSHOP-CT shall terminate absolutely.
