Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 23 October 2025 and 17 November 2025 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that further to the hearing before the High Court Judge at Kuala Lumpur conducted physically on 29 April 2026, the Court has struck out the application of the Plaintiff with costs of RM5,000.00 granted to the Company.

The solicitor of the Plaintiff has withdrew the application in its entirety following the Company submission, among others, that as the allegations raised by the Plaintiff's concerned the alleged forgery of the Share Sale Agreement and share transfer forms, the appropriate course of action would be for the Plaintiff to commence a civil action against the relevant party. The Company further submitted the documents sought by the Plaintiff, including the Share Sale Agreement, should be obtained through the discovery process in the course of such civil proceedings and not by way of a pre-action discovery application.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
