Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide an update that the Company has fully settled the outstanding debts with the respective banks. 

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has received the release letters from seven (7) banks, namely OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad, Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, and HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad.

The Company has yet to receive the release letter from Maybank Islamic Berhad.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof.
