Further to the latest announcement dated 2 April 2026 ("Announcement") and subsequent updates disclosed in the latest quarterly reports released on 16 April 2026 ("Disclosure"), unless otherwise defined, the definitions and terms used as set out in the Announcements and Disclosures shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of the Fund wishes to announce that the fund has filed its Affidavit in Reply to response to the Respondent's Affidavit in Reply filed on 17 April 2026 in respect of the Federal Court Civil Application No. 08(f)-126-03/2026(W) and Federal Court Civil Application No. 08(f)-129-03/2026(W) ("Motion") on 4 May 2026.

The Fund will make further announcement on the developments of the above matter as and when is necessary.
