We refer to the Company's announcement on 30 July 2025 in relation to the above subject matter.

The Board of Directors of Suria ("the Board") wishes to announce that SCHB Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. ("SCES"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with its consortium partner, NRG Consortium (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. ("NRG") (collectively referred to as the "Consortium"), has on 22 April 2026 received a Letter of Notification ("LoN") from the Energy Commission of Sabah ("ECOS") in relation to the proposed development of a 100MW Gas Peaking Plant in Kimanis, Sabah ("the Project"), and has on 4 May 2026 accepted the LoN.

The LoN signifies the approval for the award of the Project to the Consortium, subject to the terms and conditions set out therein.
