| 1. *Award under the PUP is a contingent award. The final number of units to be released will depend on the achievement of pre-determined targets over a 3-year performance period. The release will be made partly in the form of units and partly in the form of cash. No units will be released if the threshold targets are not met at the end of the performance period. On the other hand, if the superior targets are exceeded, more units than the baseline award could be delivered up to a maximum of 200% of the baseline award. 2. The direct (units) disclosed under the "Total number of securities after change" is based on the assumption that units will be issued at 100% of the baseline award and comprise the aggregate of all contingent awards granted and not vested as at the date of this announcement pursuant to the PUP. 3.
