1. * Award under the PUP is a contingent award. The final number of units to be released will depend on the achievement of pre-determined targets over a 3-year performance period. The release will be made partly in the form of units and partly in the form of cash. No units will be released if the threshold targets are not met at the end of the performance period. On the other hand, if the superior targets are exceeded, more units than the baseline award could be delivered up to a maximum of 200% of the baseline award.
2. The percentage of issued units is based on the total issued units of 3,365,089,953 as at 5 May 2026.
