We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 26 March 2026 in relation to the Notice of the 27th Annual General Meeting.

Please be informed that the Agenda 2, 3 & 4 (Resolutions 1 to 8) of the 27th AGM Notice (contained on pages 3 - 6 of the Annual Report 2025), have been amended and/or added. The amendments and modifications are set out in the Errata and are highlighted in bold and/or underline.

Accordingly, the amended version as set out in the Errata shall supersede the corresponding sections of the 27th AGM Notice as printed in the Annual Report 2025.
