We refer to the earlier announcements dated 9 March 2026, 11 March 2026, 13 March 2026, 27 April 2026 and 6 May 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 99,446,227 Placement Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 7 May 2026, marking the completion of the Private Placement.
