Reference is made to the previous announcement on 09 March 2026. 

As announced by the Company, the Appeal No.: W-02(NCC)(W)-1459-09/2023 filed in the Court of Appeal by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun against the High Court Judgment dated 30 August 2023 ["Appeal"] was heard by the Court of Appeal on 03 September 2025, together with the Company's cross-appeal for exemplary and aggravated damages against Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun. On 09 March 2026, the Court of Appeal unanimously dismissed both the Appeal, with cost of RM150,000.00 to be paid to the Company, and the Company's cross-appeal without any order as to costs.

In this regard, the Company wishes to announce that Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun have filed their application at the Federal Court for leave to appeal against the Court of Appeal's dismissal of the Appeal under Application No. 08(f)-151-04/2026(W) ["Leave Application"] which is fixed for hearing on 27 August 2026.
