Maxis Berhad wishes to announce the changes to the Transformation Committee ("TC") with effect from 15 May 2026:-

i)        Appointment of Dato' Syed Yasir Arafat bin Syed Abd Kadir and Ayse Ebru Dorman as Members of TC

ii)       Resignation of Ooi Huey Tyng as Member of TC

iii)      The composition of the TC after the changes is as follows:

1. Ong Chu Jin Adrian (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director)

2. Dato' Syed Yasir Arafat bin Syed Abd Kadir (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)

3. Ayse Ebru Dorman (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)

4. Abdulaziz Abdullah M. Alghamdi (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)

5. Lim Ghee Keong (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)
