The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Percetakan Keselamatan Nasional Sdn Bhd ("PKN") has today accepted three (3) Surat Setuju Terima all dated 13 May 2026 ("SST") from the Ministry of Education ("MOE") for the printing and supply of confidential documents across three (3) tender parcels (collectively, "Contract").

Information on the Contract

The Contract comprises three (3) tender parcels awarded by MOE to PKN for the printing and supply of confidential documents, each evidenced by a separate SST. The Contract shall be for a period of sixty (60) months commencing from 15 May 2026 and expiring on 14 May 2031 ("Period") at an aggregate contract value of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Ninety-Seven Million Eighty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Six and Sen Eight (RM197,087,446.08) excluding service tax, for the entire Period.

2.         Financial Effects

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to contribute positively to the future consolidated earnings and net assets of FimaCorp Group over the Period.

3.         Risk Factors

The major risk factors associated with the Contract are operational risk and supply cost. PKN has implemented appropriate control measures to reduce and mitigate these risk factors effectively.

4.         Approval Required

The Contract, being part of the ordinary course of business of PKN, is not subject to the approval of shareholders of FimaCorp or any relevant authorities.

5.         Directors' and/or Major Shareholders' Interests

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the Contract.
