The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Utilities Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Mutu Nusantara Sdn. Bhd.) ("MNUE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 15 May 2026 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") dated 12 May 2026 awarded by a customer that provide infrastructure for hosting, data processing services and related activities  ("Company A") in relation to the project involving the construction of a new 275 kilovolt ("kV") consumer landing station ("CLS") for a data centre located at Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia ("Project").
